Returns & Warranty Policy
1. Standard Returns
- Unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging may be returned within our standard return window, provided the conditions below are met.
- A restocking fee may apply to returned items, and may be waived for defective or incorrectly shipped products.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns.
- Bulk/wholesale orders may be subject to a separate return arrangement — contact your account representative before returning.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Tools that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear
- Special-order, custom-configured, or clearance/liquidation items
- Consumable parts (blades, bits, batteries, etc.) once opened
- Items missing original packaging, manuals, or accessories
For safety and liability reasons, we cannot accept returns on power tools or equipment that have been operated.
3. Warranty Claims
Most products carry a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship (warranty length varies by brand/product — see individual product pages). To file a warranty claim:
- Contact us with your order number, product model, and a description of the defect
- We will coordinate with the manufacturer for repair, replacement, or credit per their warranty terms
- Warranty claims do not cover damage from misuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear
4. Freight Damage Claims
If an item arrives damaged in transit:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt, if possible, and take photos before unpacking further
- Contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos
- We will file a freight claim and arrange a replacement or credit — do not discard damaged packaging until the claim is resolved
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm eligibility and provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions
- Ship the item back in its original packaging, with the RMA number clearly marked
Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused or delayed.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective on arrival), we cover return freight costs
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return freight, including any freight-class shipping charges on heavy or oversized tools
7. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, or as account credit for net-terms customers
- Original outbound shipping/freight charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled at no charge before they ship. Orders already shipped or freighted must follow the standard return process above.
